Mar. 11--When Sandy Beall took a job at a Pizza Hut in Knoxville, Tenn., he was a college student looking for money to get an apartment and move out of the fraternity house.
But the part-time job provided him with more than a paycheck. He got the opportunity of a lifetime -- an introduction to the restaurant business and the person who helped him start up the Ruby Tuesday chain.
