NEW YORK -- Moody's Investors Service today announced the appointment of Andrew Kimball, 58, as the acting head of the company's global Structured Finance business. Mr. Kimball replaces Noel Kirnon, who is leaving Moody's effective July 31st. A comprehensive search for a permanent head of Structured Finance is underway. Richard Cantor, 50, will assume acting responsibility for the role Mr. Kimball previously held as the Chief Credit Officer of Moody's Investors Service and as Chairman of its Credit Policy Committee.
