A number of studies indicate that clients want to hear from their financial advisors at least twice a month. Why so many contacts?

Clients want to believe their advisors are always thinking about them and their portfolios as if they were the only customers in that practice. I also believe they want to view their advisors as friends-and friends show their concern for each other through frequent contacts.
