Water, water, Everywhere- but investors aren't in synch: A number of water-related ETFs have launched over the past few years, but are they all wet?

Water concerns are RAMPANT, whether it's fearover the safety of the drinking supply or the melting of the polar ice caps.

Yet despite the long-term investment opportunities, investors have not shown the same thirst for water as they have for other scarce commodities, such as oil or agricultural products, according to some analysts.

But consider this: An additional $10 billion to $30 billion needs to be spent each year in order to reduce the number of people without access to drinking water by 50% by the year 2015, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
