A small Manhattan-based commercial firm specializing in restaurant leasing now has an awful lot on its plate.
JDF Realty was recently named the exclusive New York representative for the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), an organization comprised of 40 commercial firms across the country. The move positions the brokerage to take on new markets on a national scale.
"It basically gives us a national presence," said Robert Frischman, president of JDF. "I think it's a sexy thing that'll bring in more money for us than it will cost us to be a part of."
