Metropolitan Realty Associates signed a leading securities firm as a tenant at its newly updated Jericho Atrium Class-A office building and completed several lease renewals for space totaling 12,407 s/f.
The building, also known as 500 N. Broadway, was acquired by Metropolitan in July 2007. Since the acquisition, Metropolitan has competed deals totaling 42,000 s/f in the 150,000 s/f property and has updated the building's public areas.
"These deals are evidence of the Jericho Atrium's desirability and its unbeatable location," said Joseph Farkas, president of Metropolitan Realty Associates, one of Long Island's largest owners of commercial properties.
