PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Motley Rice LLC Issues Statement Regarding the Rhode Island Supreme Court Lead Paint Decision: Sadly, as a result of the Rhode Island Supreme Court opinion today, children in Rhode Island will continue to be poisoned by lead in paint and the companies that put the poisonous paint in Rhode Island have no responsibility for cleaning up the mess that they created in the first place.
