THE draws for the opening rounds of the FA Cup, the FA Trophy and the FA Vase competitions have been made by the Football Association.
The first team to kick-off their FA Cup campaign will be Nostell MW in the extra-preliminary round on August 16 when they travel to Winsford United. A win would secure Welfare a trip to Warrington Town in the preliminary round ties to be played on August 30.
Also in the FA Cup preliminary round, Ossett Albion will travel to the winner of the extra-preliminary round clash between Ashington and Thackley. Wakefield FC have been handed a home draw against the winner of the extra-preliminary round tie between Washington and Stokesley SC.
