David Hyde Pierce will topline a Broadway revival of 1934 comedy "Accent on Youth," part of Manhattan Theater Club's 2008-09 season.

Also added to the Gotham nonprofit's slate is an Off Broadway staging of Itamar Moses' play "Back Back Back."

Pierce, the Emmy winner ("Frasier") who earned a 2007 Tony for the tuner "Curtains," will portray a playwright whose relationship with his actress muse is at the center of Samson Raphaelson's backstage comedy. Daniel Sullivan will helm.
