Blue Sky Performance Improvement has repeated its win of two years ago by securing the coveted top prize in this year's TJ Awards. The Special Achievement Award is chosen from the individual category winners and represents the best entry of the year.
The winning L&D initiatives this year were focused mainly on change management, customer service and sales, and managing talent. The three winners from the financial sector--The Lowell Group, HBOS and Britannia Building Society--had introduced their programmes to increase and refine their employees' skills in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
