Swedish private equity company Ratos AB (OMX Stockholm: RATO A) (OMX Stockholm: RATO B) said on Wednesday (2 July) that its Danish 2D and 3D digital imaging solutions company Contex Holding has agreed to acquire the US company Ideal Scanners Distribution.

Ideal Scanners Distribution is Contex's largest distributor in the US. The company has 18 employees and reported sales of SEK57m in 2007.
