LOCAL heroes dedicated to helping their community through voluntary work are being sought for an annual awards event.
The Unsung Heroes Award, run by Northamptonshire Police Authority, is now in its eighth year and seeks to recognise members of the public who put in long hours of unpaid work to make their communities a safer place.
