MEMORIES of a Lubenham woman who worked as a land girl during the Second World War have been immortalised in film and on paper.
Pat Fox (82) has given talks to numerous groups about her experience of serving in the Women's Land Army during the war but had never written anything down until members of Market Harborough Historical Society suggested she did.
The group helped her write a book - Bless 'Em All: Memoirs of Life in the Women's Land Army.
When Harborough Movie Makers found out about the project, they approached Mrs Fox to see if she would be interested in making a film about her experiences as well.
