NEW YORK -- Fitch affirms its 'BBB' rating on Sand Creek Metro District, Colorado's $53.6 million in outstanding limited tax general obligation (LTGOs) bonds and revises the Rating Outlook to Positive from Stable. This action results from Fitch's routine surveillance.
The rating reflects the district's continued development and tax base gains along with high tax base concentration (although less than in prior years) and likelihood of slower growth because of current economic conditions.
