A Coleraine businessman will be one of the international judges for this year's World Cheese Awards in Dublin.
Paul McCafferty, owner of the award-winning Belfry Deli and Restaurant at Church Lane, has been invited onto the panel of world experts.
For the first time since 1988 the awards will be held outside the UK at the RDS Simmonscourt, alongside Ireland's leading food retail exhibition, SHOP, from September 29 to October 1.
Paul has been asked to help judge 2,500 cheeses from around the world, including entries from the UK, Europe, the USA, South Africa and Australasia
