DEBUTANT Ross Tobin, at the age of just 13, was the difference as Haverhill snatched victory from the jaws of defeat at Thaxted last week.
Haverhill were cruising in the early stages of the match but a shock defeat for Ian Terry and Derek Bish put Thaxted in the driving seat.
However, Tobin and partner Adam Fowle pulled off a magnificent victory against Thaxted's leading pair, Mark Squire and John Merritt, to re-establish Haverhill's lead before Rob Jeffs and Mike Freed finished things off.
