A POLITICAL group has outlined its own vision for the transformation of primary education and health care.

Hartlepool Labour Group have released documents outlining policies about the Primary Capital Programme (PCP), which will see [pounds sterling]50m pumped into primary education and healthcare in town, including views on the new hospital site.

The document reveals members don't support the closure of Rossmere, Owton Manor or Ward Jackson Primary Schools, however, they believe the closure of Elwick and Hart represents the best option in terms of long-term viability.
