SPRINGFIELD - The last time recent Shrewsbury High School graduates Jawed Yatim and Shawn Loiseau played in a football game, the temperature was more than 50 degrees colder and a Super Bowl championship was on the line.
That was back at the beginning of December, when the Colonials completed the first perfect season in school history with a come-from-behind win over Westfield in the Central-Western Mass. Division 1A Super Bowl.
Fast forward to June 20, at Springfield College, where the pair suited up with a different set of teammates, but the result was the same.
