INGOLSTADT, Germany, July 4 /PRNewswire/ -- BEaUMLER AG appoints Richard Lohner as new CFO, effective October 1, 2008. Mr. Lohner will be responsible for finance, logistics and IT. The fashion group's Supervisory Board decided for the 45-year-old financial expert as successor to Reiner Annemann, who left the company June 30, 2008.

Like Sanjiv Singh, CEO of BEaUMLER AG, Richard Lohner joins from ESCADA AG, Aschheim/Munich. A 17-year ESCADA veteran, Lohner was last director of finance, group treasurer as well as a Supervisory Board member.
