Communication integration and "informances".(WHAT WORKS)

Integrating communication technology into a K-5 curriculum is manifested through a focused mission, creativity, cooperation, and academic diligence. Martin Elementary School in Manchester, Connecticut has developed these characteristics in pursuit of preparing its young students for life in a technological society. Seamless integration of technology is evident in the facility as students move to and from activities in the library, computer lab, classrooms, and field experiences. Cooperation and collaboration among administration and staff members provides a fertile environment to initiate technological integration in the K-5 curriculum.
