CNTIC to acquire Holley Jiuzhou Pharma

Shanghai. July 4. INTERFAX-CHINA - CNTIC Trading Co. Ltd. announced on July 2 that it will fully acquire Beijing Holley Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in cash in order to consolidate its marketing network.

CNTIC, which is principally engaged in pharmaceutical production and medical appliance manufacture, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on July 1 to purchase 88.24 percent of Holley Jiuzhou Pharma's shares from Chongqing Holley Pharm Co. Ltd. and the remaining 11.76 percent from Zhejiang Holley Pharmaceutical Investment Co. Ltd.
