Hawthorne relishing new Horsham role.

MARK HAWTHORNE will strive to ensure Horsham are in peak physical condition for the new season.

The midfielder, 34, was named as the Hornets' new assistant manager last week, and has put fitness to the top of his agenda.

"First and foremost my aim is to get the players as fit as I can, I think we need to work on fitness," he commented".
