GREAT SALT LAKE, Utah--Mar. 15--Access to this Utah attraction has taken a quantum leap.
Steve Ingram's Salt Island Adventures has a new 63-foot, 32-ton launch with twin 220 horsepower engines that will offer one-hour tours, lunch and dinner cruises starting from Antelope Island Marina.
In the past Utah's Delaware-size lake has been the playground of a few boat owners, swimmers and others in command of their own transportation. Even before the days of John Charles Fremont and Kit Carson, the lake has held visitors' attention.
