Teenage girl gives evidence to murder trial.

Court hears accused told her: 'I have just thrown someone in the river.'

A teenage girl told a jury of the night she was in a flat when the three youths accused of murdering Robert Gill by throwing him in a river turned up.

Jo-Lynne Oliver told the jury one of the accused, 18-year-old Thomas Luddington, was heard to say: "I have just thrown someone in the river."

And she said it was Mr Luddington who spoke to the other two about getting rid of their clothes and burning them.

Miss Oliver, 18, was giving evidence on the fourth day of the trial at Luton Crown Court where Mr Luddington, his friend Sean Downes, 18, and a 16-year-old youth all deny murdering ...
