ELVIS is alive and well, and he's working at Seamer and Irton Primary School.
Teacher Barry Donnan will star as the King of Rock 'n' Roll during rehearsals for the school's annual music show, and he relished the chance to dress up as the music icon.
He said: "It has been great fun. The costume was made by one of the parents and the staff have been sewing the sequins on. They have done an excellent job."
This year the show has involved the whole of Year 6 in its preparation, with pupils working on the stage props and helping to produce the costumes with their parents.
