Classic places up for grabs.

The unique South Cliff Classic tournament tees off next week, giving club golfers an opportunity to play in a pro-style format.

Recent warm weather and rain has ensured fairways and greens are in immaculate order for the four-day competition, from next Thursday to Saturday, which has drawn more than 120 entries.

Up to 30 places remain for East Coast players, thanks to a reciprocal agreement with the North Cliff and Filey clubs giving their members a discounted entry fee of only [pounds sterling]60 for four days golf.
