ATLANTA & NEW YORK -- Bryan Perez has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president and general manager for NBA Digital, it was announced today by David Levy, president of Turner Sports, and Adam Silver, Deputy Commissioner and COO of the National Basketball Association.
