The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has launched criminal proceedings against Visy executive Richard Pratt for allegedly providing false or misleading evidence hi the course of ml investigation. A summons requires Pratt to appear before the Federal Court in Australia on July 7.
Pratt was one of several Melbourne, Australia-based Visy executives investigated in 2005 for alleged cartel conduct in the corrugated board packaging industry. That inquiry resulted in civil ...
