Monday, 11.30am - AN 18-year-old from Grantham was arrested in the early hours of yesterday after failing to stop at the scene of a traffic collision in Skegness.
Police were called to Drummond Road at 4am after a black Peugeot 206 collided with a parking kiosk and another car.
The driver fled the scene but was found by officers nearby.
