MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumer Reports' latest DTV converter tests singles out a handful of manufacturers and models as getting top marks in overall performance and value. Tivax Digital TV Converter STB-T9 was on the top of this list. The review says, "This box was among the best for picture quality, with images that come close to those of a DVD."
