Allseeds Group plans to raise $100 mln in share sale
KYIV. July 8. (Interfax) - Cyprus-based Allseeds Group Public Co.
Limited, one of Ukraine's leading producers of sunflower oil, plans to raise around $100 million through a private share placement, a stock market source told Interfax.
According to expert reports, the size of the share packet will depend on the value of the placement. The private placement should take placement by the end of July.
