NEW YORK -- The catfish is out of the bag and has been viewed on television screens across the country. The Catfish Institute (TCI) recently sponsored a national satellite media tour promoting U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish and Screen Doors and Sweet Tea, a new cookbook by chef and author Martha Hall Foose. The media tour, which was broadcast live from New York City to television and radio stations throughout the country, was seen by approximately three million viewers.
