CRYSTAL Palace chairman Simon Jordan yesterday lambasted a FootballLeague tribunal decision that Tottenham should pay just [pounds sterling]700,000 for teenageprodigy John Bostock, describing the amount as 'scandalous'.

The frequently outspoken Jordan's overwhelming emotion was one ofdisappointment and he questioned the governing bodies' commitment to youthdevelopment and the academy system in this country.
