Approved a $76,384 agreement with Gorman Enterprises to purchase two 28-passenger school buses, authorized at the May 20 annual election, 681-324.
Re-elected David M. Gibson, board president, and opted to delay appointment of a vice president to July 14.
Appointed Dorothea Pfleiderer, board clerk; Robin Burch, treasurer; and Susan Arditi, deputy treasurer.
Appointed Whiteman Osterman & Hanna, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, and Roz Robinson as attorneys to represent the district.
