TOP chef Mark Tamburrini is hunting down Scotland's culinary stars in a bid to bag the biggest star of them all.
As executive chef at Rococo in Glasgow, Mark is used to whisking up a la carte dishes at the drop of a hat. But the 34-year-old hopes that by recruiting some of Scotland's top chefs, it won't be long before the restaurant itself gains a Michelin star.
