SAN FRANCISCO, March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Independent, university- based laboratory tests have shown that the world's only self-cleaning, self-sanitizing water filtration system produces tap water that has 63% less bacteria than the water produced by conventional systems operating without the self-cleaning feature.
Additionally, the tests support the finding that the self-cleaning system eliminates premature clogging of the filter by decreasing accumulation of bacteria and debris by 90%. This significantly reduces overall cost of operation by requiring less frequent filter changes.
