Mar. 21--Apartment buildings sprout in practically every Salt Lake Valley neighborhood.
Trouble is, there still are too few rental units to go around.
That's no news to Denise Warner, manager of Reliable Rentals, a Murray housing-assistance service.
"Even if you can find one 1/8apartment3/8 you like, often it will be out of
your price range," Warner said Wednesday.
Reliable has seen the pressure get even worse during its three years in business. With 11,814 clients looking for places to live, the company had only 10,536 listings to offer.
