SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 20, 1996--Companies are investing heavily in information technology to transform themselves into global powerhouses, yet many are failing to perceive the value of these investments, according to two related surveys released today by Deloitte & Touche Consulting Group.
