MEMPHIS, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 1996--Officials of McNeill Hotel Company, the lessee for Equity Inns, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENNS), one of the nation's fastest growing REITs, and McNeill Hospitality Corporation, one of the nation's largest hotel management companies, today announced that in the future they will conduct business under the name, Trust Hospitality.
McNeill Hotel Co. leases all of the 39 hotels owned by Memphis-based Equity Inns. McNeill Hospitality Corporation operates 50 hotels (including all of the hotels owned by Equity Inns.)
