The Florida Department of Transportation has selected Bowyer-Singleton & Associates Inc. to design an USD11 million replacement bridge in the Florida Panhandle. Orlando-based Bowyer-Singleton, which will be handling the project out of its Panama City Beach office, will handle engineering of the 70-year-old bridge over the Chipola River on State Road 20.
