Serbia calls new tender for Bor copper smelter, BasEl ineligible
MOSCOW. July 11 (Interfax) - Serbia's government Friday announced pre-qualification for a third tender to sell the RTB Bor copper smelter, however a division of Russia's Basic Element (BasEl), which bid at the first two tenders, is not taking part this time round because it is ineligible.
The country's privatization agency said the tender participants would be known by September 30.
