IT might be hard to believe television actress Claire King felt the need to issue an ultimate body workout DVD. After all, this is the actress who played one of television's sexiest soap sirens and the shapely governor in ITV prison drama Bad Girls. She's as famous for her sultry looks as she is for her undoubted acting talent.
But maintaining those looks is not as easy as it used to be, says the down to earth Yorkshire girl. "There comes a time when you have to do something or let yourself slide," she laughs. "I wanted to tone up, but I've never been one for going to the gym."
