PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1996--SC&T International Inc. (NASDAQ:SCTI/SCTIW) Monday announced that it has purchased the worldwide manufacturing and distribution rights for the PER4MER Turbo Wheel from Home Arcade Inc., based in San Jose, Calif.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
In February 1996, SC&T announced it had entered into an exclusive sales and distribution agreement for the product in the United States, Canada and Europe. With the expanded agreement, SC&T Inc. will also own the tools to manufacture the PER4MER Turbo Wheel. In exchange, SC&T will pay a royalty fee and have first right of refusal on all future products ...
