THE passing of legislation that would allow persons to benefit financially by selling power generated by means other than fossil fuel to the Barbados Light & Power (BL&P) is long in coming.

This is the view of President of the Barbados Manufacturing Association (BMA) James Husbands who was speaking to the Barbados Advocate on Monday following the delivery of this year's Financial Statement and Budgetary Proposals by Prime Minister, David Thompson.
