Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek has tied support for the Lisbon Treaty to the ratification of the Czech-U.S. agreement on the placement of an anti-missile radar on Czech territory, Hospodarske noviny reported Thursday.
If Parliament does not approve the radar treaty, he cannot imagine that his party, the Civic Democrats (ODS) will be able to vote for the Lisbon Treaty, Topolanek told Radio Cesko Wednesday.
