China Metallurgical Group Corp announced that its subsidiary Shanghai Baoye Construction Corp has acquired 51% stake of the Northern Mining Company at Lushi county in Henan province.
According to the release, the Northern Mining Co owns mining area of 10.5 square kilometer with 11 metal minerals including iron, copper, zinc, lead, gold, silver and molybdenum etc.
