Jun. 22--SUMMERFIELD -- It's always been Garland Graham's dream to find a safe and loving home for all abandoned and injured farm animals.
Graham is working hard to make that dream a reality with her nonprofit, Red Dog Farm Animal Rescue Network, which gives goats, horses, chickens, pigs and other livestock a second chance at a happy life. Garland and her husband, Gary, decided to launch the network after realizing the need for a rescue service for farm animals.
Red Dog, which is named for her golden retriever, Rodney, has taken in 440 animals since its inception in 2006.
