BAHRAIN'S Shaikh Salman bin Rashid Al Khalifa put in a fine performance yesterday in two free-practice sessions to kick off the seventh round of the British Formula Three National Championship at the Brands Hatch circuit in Kent, England.
Shaikh Salman set the pace in the opening practice, lapping more than a half-a-second ahead of the other competitors in class, and then finished second on the timesheets in the follow-up session where he was just a tenth-of-a-second behind the leader.
Shaikh Salman, driving his Dallara F307 Mugen Honda car, put in a fastest lap of one minute 20.850 seconds on the penultimate lap of the first
stint in the morning ...
