TUZLA AIR BASE, Bosnia-Herzegovina _ On this sprawling American base, set on a lonely mountaintop in north-central Bosnia, the men of Tent 29 _ like all American troops here _ have had to make sacrifices.
Realizing that the field soldier's existence would be difficult, they brought along what they could: a 29-inch Samsung color television, a Hitachi Multi-System VCR, a satellite-dish system, three types of boom boxes (one with a ``3D Super Woofer''), a microwave oven, two computers, compact-disc players, and a stack of CDs.
And what have they done without?
The Movie Channel.
``It's OK, though,'' said Staff Sgt. David Criss, 33, of Lake Tahoe, ...
