WILKES-BARRE, Pa. -- Over the past several weeks Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs has conducted a career fair that attracted nearly 5,000 applicants for a range of jobs in housekeeping, slot operations, food and beverage operations, marketing cage and count operations, and other casino operations including security and surveillance for its $208 million new Casino project.
Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs currently has 1,219 employees. Along with the additional 360 positions filled by tenant retail and restaurant operators at the complex, the total employment at the facility is almost 1,600.
